 Founder of Adcock Financial in 1991 and is the managing director. Peter is one of only a few hundred Financial Planners in the UK holding both the prized Chartered and Certified Financial Planning qualifications. Peter is also a qualified accounting technician, he offers advice to small and medium sized businesses and individuals, as well as high net worth clients. He provides financial guidance from tax planning through to wealth management, retirement planning and inheritance tax advice. With a plethora of qualifications Peter could never be accused of not having enough strings to his bow! In the little spare time Peter manages to find, he enjoys a fine wine and birdwatching, although usually not at the same time.

Andy is a qualified chartered accountant and as the veteran of the team he has over 25 years experience in accountancy practice and industry. He is responsible for providing the firm's commercial services which include advising on business structures and plans, raising finance, tax planning and account and tax returns. Using his years of expertise Andy is able to provide his clients with practical and realistic advice, as well as using his wisdom to keep the the rest of the us on the straight and narrow.

Haidee joined Adcock Financial in 2000 and is a fully qualified tax adviser, having achieved the ATT qualification in 2006. Specialising in taxation, Haidee provides clients with advice on personal tax, PAYE services, VAT and social security. She also provides guidance to new start-up businesses, as well as adding a touch of glamour to the office.

 Lesa is Adcock Financial's longest serving employee, having joined the firm in 1998. Always one for the complicated life, Lesa now has two roles within the company. One "hat" sees her assisting our business clients with their routine bookkeeping and accounts administration duties, including the preparation of their VAT returns where required. In her other life she runs the administration of Employee pension and other benefit schemes for our business clients, and also carries out mortgage research and processing services for clients.

Tracy is Adcock Accounting's tax administrator and has been part of the team since early 2007. Her main duties are assisting the tax department in self employment and partnership accounts together with other administrative duties.

 Jane has had many years experience in running businesses, her role as Company Secretary involves company administration duties, attending board meetings and other statutory work, together with an input in company logistics.

Lisa has spent over 13 years in the Financial Services industry in a range of administrative and support roles. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the financial services division and deals with all aspects of client administration.

Hollie is working towards her accountancy qualification AAT via a weekly college course, she is currently starting her training by assisting with our corporate clients. Hollie is our youngest member of staff and joined us in 2010.
